The federal government has regulations and policies dedicated to improving air quality in our buildings. The objective is to improve the indoor air quality of our buildings for the health and well-being of building occupants. Air Emissions looks at, but not limited to:
- Above ground Storage Tanks
- Asbestos
- Carbon Monoxide and Dioxide
- Cleaning Products, Procedures and Equipment
- Confined Space Entry
- Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions
- Humidity Control and Moisture Management
- Indoor Air Quality
- Lead Paint
- Mold
- Off Gassing from Materials (e.g., carpets, adhesives, paints)
- Pest Control
- Pesticide Management
- Radon
- Refrigerants (Ozone-Depleting Substances)
- Secondhand Tobacco Smoke
- Underground Storage Tanks
- Ventilation Effectiveness, Air Filters, and Outdoor Air Systems
Bet365 is actively involved in meeting these standards by monitoring emissions and making changes or upgrading equipment to meet these standards. Additionally, Bet365 is replacing boilers within the Denver Federal Center to improve their efficiency to 85% and reduce air emissions.
