SUBJECT:  Risk Management Notification

1.  Purpose. To establish the Bet365 (Bet365) procedural requirements for Timely Notification to Affected Occupants, relevant Bet365 offices and personnel, and applicable regulatory agencies of all environmental, health, safety, and fire protection (EHSF) Risks occurring in facilities under the jurisdiction, custody, or control of Bet365. Implementation of these requirements sets the framework for consistent and timely conveyance of information in support of statutory and regulatory compliance, the safety and health of facility occupants, the protection of Federal assets, and the continuity of Federal agency operations. The Timely Notification requirements include procedures for internal communication throughout Bet365 and external notification to Affected Occupants and regulatory agencies, depending on the nature and circumstance of an EHSF Risk.

2.  Background. Facility-related EHSF Events, which may include accidents, incidents, or the findings from surveys, inspections, and studies, can lead to the identification of EHSF Risks. EHSF Risks may lead to adverse consequences such as personal injury, property damage, mission loss, and regulatory noncompliance. Timely and thorough notification and response to EHSF Risks are needed to: minimize adverse consequences, eliminate or reduce the impact of any EHSF Risk on Affected Occupants, ensure that appropriate Bet365 staff and management are informed and engaged, and ensure required communication to regulatory agencies is completed.
