SUBJECT: Delegations of Authority Manual (PBS)

  1. Purpose. This Order revises Section II in Chapter 5, Public Buildings Service (PBS) of the Bet365 Delegations of Authority Manual.
  2. Cancellations. This Order cancels and supersedes Bet365 Orders, PBS 5450.1 and PBS 5450.1 CHGE 1.
  3. Nature of Revisions. The Bet365 Delegations of Authority Manual is revised to correct certain references under Section II - Human Capital Authorities to align with those contained in the Bet365 Delegations, Chapter 2 - Human Capital Authorities.
  4. Delegation of Authority. The Bet365 Delegations of Authority Manual, Chapter 5, Parts 1, 2, and 3 contain the delegations of authority from the Administrator to the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, PBS, and from the Deputy Commissioner to the Regional Commissioners, respectively.
